I am VERY slow and I have bad knees, but that is ok. I'm proud of myself that I'm doing it!

Wow...so I haven't worked out for 2 weeks...
BUT today here in Indy it is absolutely frickin' GORGEOUS for being only the 11th of March!

Saturday 04/Feb/2012 - got one week worth of exercise today alone!
Wow. So I have been extremely frickin' busy this past week and didn't get in ANY exercise. :( boo.
Tuesday I met up with this "meetup" group I found online to discuss the AWESOME new Stephen King Book, 11/22/63 (read it if you haven't!)...and I came home to do some work (from work) that I needed to finish...
Wednesday night was my shrink appointment at 6 - didn't get home til 7 and the hubby had dinner ready (plus I still had MORE work to do...) Thursday I didn't LEAVE work until 8:30 and then last night I came home and we went straight downtown Indianapolis for all the Super Bowl Fun!
So last night we easily walked for 4 hours...today we went back and walked for at LEAST 5.5 hours!!!
I can not begin to describe how "old" I feel! my body hurts soooo bad! haha.
So anyways - 4 hours walking yesterday and 5 hours walking today. I think that's a weeks worth of exercise in 2 days!
Hope to do some exercise tomorrow...but we are going to a friend's house for the super bowl around 5...so we shall see...
then Monday I have a meeting at night until 8:30. Damn I hate being so busy!
